Revital Health Care -Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Revital Aesthetics & Anti-Aging, we strive to provide every patient with exceptional service and care. To ensure fairness and efficiency in our scheduling, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy in place:

Deposit Requirement

A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service at the time of your visit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the $25 deposit.

Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will also result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Emergencies & Exceptions

We understand that true emergencies do happen. If you experience a medical emergency or unavoidable circumstance, please notify us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.

Why This Policy Matters

Our providers reserve time exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations leave gaps in the schedule that are difficult to fill, which prevents us from serving other patients who may be waiting for an appointment. Your cooperation allows us to continue offering the best possible care to every client.
