Revital Aesthetics - Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Revital Aesthetics & Anti-Aging, we strive to provide every patient with exceptional service and care. To ensure fairness and efficiency in our scheduling, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy in place:

Deposit Requirement

To reserve your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking:

  • $50 deposit for consultations, assessments, and most injectable treatments (e.g. Boto, lip filler, ear piercings, etc).
  • $100 deposit for longer or higher-value treatments, including RF microneedling and laser sessions ($499+).

We understand that life happens! As a courtesy, we are happy to waive the late cancellation fee once per patient if you notify us promptly.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in your deposit being charged as a late cancellation fee and not applied to future services.

Again, we understand that life happens! As a courtesy, we are happy to waive the late cancellation fee once per patient if you notify us promptly.

Emergencies & Exceptions

We understand that true emergencies do happen. If you experience a medical emergency or unavoidable circumstance, please notify us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.

Why This Policy Matters

Our providers reserve time exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations leave gaps in the schedule that are difficult to fill, which prevents us from serving other patients who may be waiting for an appointment. Your cooperation allows us to continue offering the best possible care to every client.
